With our head office is based in Gauteng, Black Ruby House has multiple teams of specialist employees focused on serving National and Internationally based clients and candidates. We represent the candidate and the employer together in diverse, and multi-faceted industries whether requiring Permanent, Temporary, or even Disability staff placements.

Black Ruby House further has a specialized programme for rehabilitated parolee’s, the first of its kind in Southern Africa. The Recruit a Parolee programme offers our clients an unprecedented opportunity by giving back and making a change within communities by employing a parolee for a position within their organization. All parolees undergo a vigorous vetting process after close liaison with the Department of Justice, South African Police Service and Magistrate Courts before being placed with any of our clients.

Nwabisa Mazosiwe

In 2007, Nwabisa took up a position on South
Africa’s largest Independent radio station
where she became a household name
and immediately recognisable with her
spontaneous, yet contagious laugh.
This radio platform proved to be a
springboard into her specialised voice-over
work and became a love and niche which
she continues to do daily.

She was later offered a position with a
recruitment agency while looking for full-time
employment. Four years later, and with an
affinity for talent and resourcing management,
the ambitious entrepreneur unveiled her own
agency and Black Ruby House was born.

Candice Thomson

Award-winning and certified Management
Consultant with an interest in building
the most effective workforces in South
Africa and the African continent.

She has 10 Years Permanent and Temp
Recruitment experience holding Management,
Shareholder and Consulting roles specialising in
IT, ITC and Sales and Marketing.

Candice has a completed a National Diploma
in Human Resources, Diploma in Psychology
and is APSO certified. She is currently studying
part time towards a Post Graduate Diploma in
Management.

When she’s not “on the job”, she gyms, enjoy
collaborating with software engineers on
projects, works in her vegetable garden and
drink fine wine.
